Messaging Compliance & User Controls (via Twilio)

We use Twilio to facilitate secure and compliant messaging services, including SMS and notifications. All communications are managed in accordance with applicable messaging laws (such as TCPA, GDPR) and Twilio’s compliance standards. Users have control over messaging preferences and their responsibility to follow messaging and email compliance as per the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA (for text messages) and FTC (For Digital Compliance) and can opt out of non-essential communications at any time
Compliance & User Controls (via Twilio)

We use Twilio Messaging Services to send transactional and engagement-related messages to users and candidates. To ensure regulatory compliance and user experience, we have implemented the following technical controls:

Message Filtering & Blocking: All outbound messages pass through a pre-validation layer that detects, and filters prohibited content (e.g., spam keywords, abusive language, or unsupported formats) before sending. Additionally, Twilio’s built-in Messaging Compliance Engine blocks messages that violate carrier or region-specific restrictions.

Deliverability Control: We utilize Twilio’s messaging webhooks and delivery status callbacks to monitor message delivery rates in real time. If a message is undelivered or repeatedly fails, we flag the contact and limit further deliverability attempts to comply with carrier guidelines and avoid number blacklisting.

Opt-In / Opt-Out Mechanism: Our platform supports a double opt-in flow, requiring users to explicitly consent to receive messages. Each message includes opt-out instructions (e.g., replying “STOP”), which are automatically handled by Twilio’s Opt-Out Management System. Users who opt out are immediately added to a blocklist to prevent further communication until they opt back in (e.g., replying “START”).

GDPR Compliance Statement

We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our AI recruitment platform processes personal data lawfully, transparently, and only for legitimate purposes.

We ensure that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to safeguard user data, and we only work with third-party providers who meet GDPR compliance standards.
